Our focus is all about you and your health. This covers  many aspects of a person, including their environment, biochemical status and emotional wellbeing. 

Wellness counseling can assist individuals to maximize their quality of life and longevity, by discarding poor health habits and adopting healthy day to day practices, this can include altering our perceptions on what life has dealt us. It encompasses a variety of good health practices: exercise, fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, sleep and rest, journal writing, spirituality, and connection and attachment to others. A primary goal of wellness counseling is the prevention and management of disease.  Many disease categories are significantly influenced by diet, physical activity level, and other lifestyle factors, as well as genetic predisposition.

Thoughts, fears, addictive tendancies, self esteem and behavioural problems can all play a major role in the day to day lives of many.

Sometimes we just need a little help to steer us in the right direction.

Jennifer embraces the role of health and wellness counsellor and specialises in both regression therapy and emotional kinesiology to delve that little bit deeper. She can clear sabotage programs and locate blockages, thus allowing the person to move forward.

David is well experienced as a behavioural Nutritionist specializing in children's behaviours, dietary intake and wellbeing. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge of the gut / brain relationship, behavioural disorders, IBS and finicky eaters.
